4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with the parties below, and only as needed:
Independent cleaning contractors. Cleaning services are performed by vetted independent contractors. We share the information necessary to complete your service — your name, service address, scheduled date and time, access instructions, and any special notes you've provided. Contractors are required to keep this information confidential and to use it only to perform your cleaning.
Service providers we rely on to run the business. These vendors process information on our behalf under written agreements that limit their use of the data:
- Booking Koala — online booking, customer accounts, and scheduling.
- Quo — business phone and text messaging platform; stores call recordings and message history.
- Stripe — payment processing. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS standards. See Stripe's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics. See Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google Ads / Google Local Services Ads — advertising and lead generation. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to our site. You can manage Google's ad personalization at Google Ads Settings.
We may add or change service providers from time to time and will update this Privacy Policy when we do.
Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or government request), to protect our rights or property, to prevent fraud, or to protect the safety of our customers, contractors, or the public.
Business transfers. If Clean Living Homes is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies — required to operate the site (e.g., booking form session)
- Preference cookies — remember your settings between visits
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site
- Advertising cookies — Google Ads remarketing, to show you our ads on other sites you visit
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.
We do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time. We honor opt-outs you set with Google directly.
6. Your privacy rights
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information (subject to our obligation to retain records for tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes)
- Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email) or marketing texts (reply STOP)
To make any of these requests, email us at support@cleanlivinghomes.com with your name, the phone number or email you used to book, and a brief description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

The categories we collect are identifiers (name, contact info), commercial information (booking history), internet activity (site usage), and geolocation (service address). We disclose these categories to the service providers listed in Section 4 to operate the business. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA.
7. How long we keep your information

- Call recordings and text-message history — retained for up to 24 months for quality, training, and dispute purposes, unless legal hold extends that period.
8. Data security
We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your information has been compromised through our Service, please contact us immediately at support@cleanlivinghomes.com.
9. Data transfers
We operate in the United States and store information on servers located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country.
