How we operate
The standard, written down
Here's what you can expect when you book a cleaning with us.
Right-fit matching
We match you with a cleaner who suits your home — and if they're ever not the right fit, tell us and we'll send someone who is. Because we run a team, your clean happens even when someone's out.
Vetted contractors
Every cleaner is background-checked, insured, and trained on the CLH standard before entering a client home. They supply their own professional products.
100% satisfaction guarantee
If something's off after a visit, send photos within 24 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. The bar is your standard, not ours.
